How is Slope different from an exercise program?

Most exercise programs provide you with a (gym) routine and exercises to complete. Slope focuses on all the things surrounding the exercise. The things that dictate how successful you'll be: how you're feeling, what your motivations are, and how you can create a flexible approach to your routine to increase consistency. 

We provide this support via personal plans, performance monitoring and tracking, and coaching support.
